[00:00 → 07:59] Introduction and Presenter Backgrounds
-
- Adriana Grace and Saha welcome participants to the event “Treasures of Love,” focusing on the topic “Secrets of Tantric Lovers.”
- The session begins with logistical notes about comfort, such as air conditioning, noise, and restroom access, to create a relaxed space.
- Adriana introduces “Treasures of Love” as an educational, healing, and resource center dedicated to love, relationships, intimacy, and conscious love, combining scientific and spiritual knowledge.
- Adriana shares her personal journey with Tantra, starting at age 20 and including training at Moore University, emphasizing sensuality, communication, and pleasurable living.

She transitioned from holistic health counseling to specializing in holistic sexual health education, focusing on passion, aliveness, and freedom in people’s lives.
- Saha introduces himself, explaining his background in massage therapy, Esalen energetics, and his 10-year experience as an emergency room nurse.
- He embraced Tantra about 12 years ago and incorporates Buddhist, shamanic, and tantric practices for presence, health, and spirituality.
- Both Adriana and Saha emphasize their complementary male-female perspectives on Tantra, enriching their joint presentation.
- The session includes participant introductions, relationship status, and motivations for attending, fostering community connection.
-
- [08:00 → 17:42] What is Tantra? Core Concepts and Differentiations
-
- Tantra is introduced as an ancient practice adapted for modern busy lifestyles, blending sacred knowledge with accessible methods.
- Adriana explains Tantra as a form of yoga meaning “to yoke” or “to unite,” aiming to align physical body and spiritual energy.
- Tantra includes solo (White Tantra) and partner (Red Tantra) practices; partner Tantra uses sexual energy to elevate consciousness and connect with divine creative energy.
- The practice integrates mind, body, spirit, emotions, and energy systems, focusing on holistic unity.
- Tantra can be practiced by couples of any orientation, provided there is polarized energy or compatible energetic flow.
- Saha elaborates that Tantra is more than a spiritual practice; it is about embodying divine consciousness in the human experience.
- Presence, openness of the heart, vulnerability, and non-judgmental connection to self and others are fundamental.
- Tantra cultivates compassion, love, transparency, and personal growth through intentional practice.
- The practice involves letting go of outcomes and agendas, focusing on the journey and unfolding of energy rather than a fixed destination.
- The distinction is made between tantric lovemaking and conventional sexuality: Tantra is not merely about physical pleasure but about embodying divine energy and creating a sacred connection.
- Participants are encouraged to embrace the divine feminine and masculine energies, cultivating safety, relaxation, and presence before intimate connection.
- Tantra emphasizes that individuals are whole and complete alone; relationships enhance but do not fill deficiencies.

Tantra supports intimacy beyond sexuality, including deep eye contact, presence, and energetic connection, which can occur even between friends or singles.
- The practice is described as a form of yoga involving breath, body positions, and energy movement, a blend of active and passive engagement.
- Energy generated during Tantra can be dedicated to healing, personal growth, or spiritual connection.
- Responsibility for one’s own arousal and energy is emphasized; partners bring their full energy to the interaction without expectation.
- Tantra helps release shame and guilt associated with sexuality, restoring it as a joyous, innocent, and sacred expression of life.
- The practice purifies old negative beliefs and opens individuals to their natural, creative sexual energy.
- Tantra is a path of integrating spiritual ideals into embodied experience through regular practice.
-
- [17:43 → 41:24] Movement Break and Demonstration Introduction
-
- Before moving into demonstrations, Adriana encourages integrating learning through body movement to loosen stiffness and embody concepts.
- A participant asks about differences between Tantra and Taoist sexual practices:
- Tantra focuses on sublimating sexual energy upward toward spiritual consciousness.
- Taoist practices emphasize energy circulation for health, longevity, and sexual potency, often involving ejaculatory control.
- Kashmiri Tantra is mentioned as a dance art form emphasizing divine movement without a partner.
- The distinction highlights diverse paths within energetic sexual/spiritual traditions.
- Adriana and Saha outline the secrets that distinguish tantric lovers:
- Having a spiritual purpose for lovemaking.
- Dedication of generated sexual energy to divine connection and creative mystery.
- Letting go of outcome and agenda, embracing presence and openness.
- Commitment to the energetic and spiritual journey rather than just physical climax.
- The demonstration segment aims to show the preparation and flow of a tantric lovemaking event, emphasizing relaxation, connection, and energetic attunement.
- Preparation includes clearing the day’s stress, self-centering, possibly bathing, yoga, or massage to arrive relaxed and present.
- The male partner’s role includes creating safety and relaxation, allowing the female partner to open fully.
- Demonstrations include partner yoga, breath synchronization, pelvic and body movements, and the use of props (such as balls) for relaxation and stimulation.
- The couple models playful, gentle touch that warms the body and opens energetic pathways without rushing.
- Emphasis is placed on allowing energy to unfold naturally and deeply, building intimacy and sexual energy gradually.
- The dynamic between masculine (Shiva) and feminine (Shakti) energies is explored as a dance of creative divine forces.
- The importance of heart connection, breath, and responsive touch is highlighted as the foundation for tantric lovemaking.
- The demonstration also includes breathing exercises to harmonize and exchange energy between partners.
- The concept of yab-yam (seated, aligned, energetic connection) is introduced as a tantric posture to facilitate energy exchange and spiritual union.

The lovemaking act transcends physicality to become a sacred, ecstatic communion with divine energy, fostering oneness and dissolution of ego boundaries.
- Tantra allows expression of authentic desires and impulses without judgment, encouraging empowerment and shared spiritual experience.
-
- [41:25 → 01:04:09] Energy Generation, Breathwork, and Sexual Energy Movement
-
- Saha clarifies that during demonstrations, energetic arousal occurs but is not necessarily focused on explicit sexual excitement.
- The practice creates a sequence of warming up and opening the body energetically, similar to petals opening in the sun.
- The pelvic floor and sexual energy centers (like the yoni) open gradually, preparing for deeper tantric experience.
- Breathwork is introduced as a key tool to circulate energy through the body, expand awareness, and sustain vitality.
- The microcosmic orbit, a Taoist qigong breathing technique, is explained:
- Proper posture includes flattening the neck and lower back to elongate the spine.
- Deep breaths massage internal organs and stimulate energy flow.
- Breath is directed up the spine while maintaining abdominal engagement to lengthen and energize the nervous system.
- Breath cycles include inhaling energy up the spine and exhaling through the throat, helping move and intensify sexual/creative energy.
- This breathwork builds an energetic “field” within the body, expanding capacity to hold and circulate energy.
- Energy generated through breath and movement can be dedicated to spiritual awakening, healing, or blessing the planet.
- The practice deepens connection to divine energy, transforming lovemaking into a cosmic event.
- The sexual energy described is synonymous with creative, vital life force energy present at a cellular level.
- Practitioners learn to expand ecstasy through breath, movement, and presence, balancing intensity to avoid discomfort.
- A second breath technique involves visualizing energy rising from the base of the spine to the crown, squeezing the PC (pubococcygeus) muscle three times to circulate and stimulate genital energy.
- This practice awakens sexual vitality, improves circulation, and enhances bodily awareness.
- Participants are guided to locate and move their sexual energy consciously, even if libido feels low.
- Holding the breath at the crown and releasing slowly allows for a flow of energy and a state of deep relaxation and renewal.
- These breath practices form the foundation of tantric energetic work and are accessible for daily practice.
- The session emphasizes that Tantra is about energy generation, circulation, dedication, and surrender, creating transformative experiences.
-

[01:04:10 → 01:42:43] Practical Toolkit for Tantric Lovers and Additional Guidance
-
- Adriana shares practical tools and accoutrements that enhance tantric lovemaking:
- A clean, clutter-free, and beautifully prepared environment with soft lighting and music.
- Pure coconut oil for massage and external genital lubrication; caution about internal use due to yeast infection risk.
- Water-based lubricants recommended for internal use and condom compatibility; options include commercial brands or homemade flaxseed lubricant.
- Breath sprays for freshness and comfort during intimate moments.
- Herbal sexual tonics (e.g., female sexual tonic from Dragonstone Healing Center) that support circulation, libido, and youthful energy.
- Sensual items like attractive underwear, soft fabrics, and sensory play props (such as blindfolds) to heighten body awareness and arousal.
- The importance of stimulating the second chakra, the emotional and sexual energy center, is discussed:
- For women, this corresponds with the G-spot; for men, the prostate gland.
- Stimulating these areas helps release blocked sexual and emotional energy, increasing pleasure and health.
- Tools like the crystal wand (plexiglass device) assist women in locating and awakening the G-spot.
- Men can benefit from prostate stimulation externally at the perineum or internally with gentle preparation.
- These practices help maintain sexual vitality and intimacy as people age, counteracting natural declines.
- Adriana encourages developing a “tantric toolkit” to keep sensual and healing practices available and easy to access.
- In response to a question, it is recommended that sensual massage or gentle touch precede breathing exercises to relax and awaken interest without immediate genital focus.
- Breathwork and tantric practices can also precede or follow physical intimacy, depending on preference; flexibility and playfulness are encouraged.
- Announcements highlight Saha’s availability as a Dhaka, a practitioner who holds sacred sexual energy and assists women in awakening and healing their sensual/spiritual selves.
- Saha’s work includes nurturing, healing, and helping women release suppressed emotions and blocked energy safely.
- Adriana offers coaching and counseling in love, sexuality, and relationships, including women’s holistic life coaching and transformational breathwork.
- Upcoming classes include “Bedroom Arts for Women” and potentially a “Secrets of Tantric Lovers” workshop for men and women.
- Additional community offerings include men’s groups for emotional support and deeper work.
- The presenters emphasize the rewarding nature of teaching men how to honor the divine feminine and cultivate sacred masculine energy.
- The event closes with gratitude and encouragement for attendees to explore tantric practices personally.
Overall Summary:

00:00
My name is Adriana Grace and this is my dear friend Saha. And together we welcome you to Treasures of Love. And the topic for tonight, Secrets of Tantric Lovers. Very nice topic. So I’m so glad you could be here and I’ll definitely look forward to hearing from all of you.
00:26
I just wanted to go over a couple of things as we’re starting just introduction to the space-wise.
00:34
If it gets too warm or too cool, we’ve got fans that we can put on or air conditioners. If it’s too noisy, you can take that off. And for anybody that needs a restroom at any time, it’s just down the hall outside when the light’s on. Yes? Can we turn the air conditioner on? Totally. Or do you think you need it? Well, you’re probably the one that’s going to need it the most because you’re sitting there. But if you don’t think you need it, then that’s just fine. If you notice you’re getting warm, you can always put it back on. Thank you. How about that?

01:03
All right, and there’s water there and hot tea for anybody that wants it. So what we’ll do is we’ll do a little bit of an introduction of ourselves and then say hi to all of you, talk a little bit about the evening, and then go into a little…
01:27

group exercise. We’ll do a little bit of demo work. We’ll take a break and come back for the second portion, a little bit more talking, questions and answers, and then complete the evening. So we should be done by about 9.30 or so. Great. Yay. Yay!
01:50
So by way of introduction, this place here is called Treasures of Love, and it’s an educational and healing and resource center for love and relationships and intimacy. So people will come here, and they’ll have one-on-one counseling or couples counseling. People will have healing body work. And they’ll be taught, if they are interested in, the ancient and modern practices of the arts of love, the arts of conscious love.
02:20
So this place has been dedicated as a kind of a tantric temple in that sense that we’re committed to bringing the highest level of knowledge that’s available today, both kind of scientific and spiritual, if you will, to educate and inform people, enlighten them, and help people to kind of feel within themselves the juice of life again and the passion.
02:46
heal hearts and release old pains and traumas from the body. And it’s really a beautiful thing. So I’d just like to tell everyone that and let you know what goes on here. So my name’s Adriana Grace, and I’ve been a student of the art and practice of Tantra for, God, since I was 20, and I was introduced to it. So I was introduced pretty young.
03:15
Would you like me to talk up a little bit? Okay, great. And it’s just been a path. It’s been a really great path of learning and experience. And I’ve taken some of my training with Moore University, which is an art of sensuality school.
03:32
combined with communication and pleasurable living styles. And I combined all of this together in my own personal practice. I was a holistic health counselor and colon hydrotherapist and kind of deep process person professionally for many years. I would always talk to people about their lives and invariably relationship would come up.
03:54
And through my own background and experience, I was able to support people in ways that I just was able to deeply draw from my experience. So over time, it became clear that that was my new passion. So I took it from the health passion and brought it to kind of a holistic health through, hi there, welcome. Come sit down. Glad you’re here.
04:24
So I’m going to sit right here so you can find yourself a seat. So I took it from a holistic health emphasis to kind of a holistic sexual health educator. So it’s kind of an edgy profession, but I feel like it’s very alive and it’s alive for people and I’m committed to bringing back passion and aliveness and freedom in people’s lives.
04:46
So it’s a little bit about me, and please say about yourself. Yeah, rarely very much, but Taha is my name, and I come to the practice of Tantra and Energetics through, originally through massage.
05:05
massage practices that were very rich and energetics like Esalen but we a long time ago I took my first classes with them and I’ve always been interested because I’ve always been sort of a kinesthetic being and I feel I feel vibration in my body and I love to move my body and I love to be in my body and so about 12 years ago I ran into Tantra as a deep practice and
05:34
I’ve embraced it in a big way. I embrace some Buddhist practices, some shamanic practices, and certainly partly the tantra practices, which keeps me in my body and keeps me in my health and gives me a place, a beautiful and divine place to practice being present with myself and with others.
05:55
And I spent 10 years as an emergency room nurse in California, all over, north and south. And when I was done with that, I decided to give my life over to my practices. And so I’ve been having fun practicing for about the last four or five years, totally. And my life is dedicated. And I do sessions with people, and I work in community.
06:24
I just love to be in the energy. I love to be in the presence. I love to have talks about consciousness. I love to explore vibrational ways of showing up in the world.
06:38
So that’s a little bit about me, anyway. Thank you. Yeah. And I invited Saha to present this with me because it’s a really great topic to talk about in general, but the idea of having a male and female talk about it, or in Tantrika, is really juicy. So I couldn’t think of a better person to co-present with. Thank you. Saha and I met…
07:02
through a tantric connection we had a very good mutual friend and she knew that we both had a passion for the work and so she thought that we’d get along so she brought us together and so we’ve been playing in sacred space for a while now and sharing in a way that’s been deeply enriching and so the quality of our energy and what we’re learning together and experiencing is something that is just
07:32
We have an abundance of energy, so we want to share that. So that’s about us. So I’d love to hear a little about each of you. So I just had a couple of questions. Where you live, and what’s your relationship status, and what drew you here tonight, basically? Smiling, smiling, I like it. Lovely, lovely, lovely. All right, thank you.
07:59
So what I’m thinking now would be good is maybe talk a little bit about what is Tantra to us? What is Tantra for the benefit of those who need an introduction to it? And then once we’ve done that, if there’s any questions or answers, then I’ll do a short movement piece for everyone so everybody gets a chance to move their body and loosen up also. I’m a strong believer in…
08:28
you know sit for a while and then move the body because we can get stiff and it’s nice to kind of integrate the material in an experiential way also so um how do you feel about me starting yeah i think that’s a great idea okay good yeah all right so let me just take a moment here and center um because this is a topic very near and dear to my heart
08:59
So Tantra is an ancient practice that has been brought forward and practiced in various ways for eons, really.
09:22
But in today’s society, what we’ve done a lot is take some of the classic knowledge and practices and kind of adapted them to kind of modern day usage. For example, you know, we’ve got very busy lives and a lot of stress and kind of having to fit these kind of sacred loving events into an already full life can be challenging. So there are practices that are
09:51
truly tantric in nature in terms of really bringing forth certain energies, which I’ll talk about in certain practices. And then there’s other practices that are associated with that that help the Western person to get into a state where they’re actually ready to practice it. So it’s kind of both that I’ve been taught and practiced. I’m a certified tantric trainer educator with the Source School of Tantra Yoga.
10:20
And yoga itself is a term from ancient days in Hindu, which means to yoke or to tie together. And so in that ancient sense, we’re bringing the physical body in alignment with the spiritual energy of God.
10:44
uh in yoga hatha yoga there is uh physical practices that release tension and open up the energy pathways so that when we sit in meditation we can sit for longer and have a more of a hooked up connected sense of being open to divine energy both experiencing it in our body
11:10
and also kind of feeling like we’re joining with the great oneness of all. So tantra is a form of yoga, and tantra itself can be done on one’s own.
11:35
as an energy and spiritual practice, and it also can be done with a partner. The tantra one does with themselves is called white tantra, and red tantra is the partner practice. And the partner practice that is commonly known as
11:56
you know tantra the way that we know it is using the generating and using the sexual energy but dedicating it and raising it up throughout the body throughout the system the nervous system the mental psychic system to kind of reach for and almost pull down a stronger connection to a creative energy to divinity to akua so this this joins together
12:26
heaven and earth you know spirit and body you know the emotions the mind spirit body holistic it’s all connected it’s all one in a sense and everything we do in some area reflects and connects to another area so the tantric practices are to prepare us for meditation either solo meditation or then to take the
12:57
energy that’s present in a polarized male-female relationship, or if a couple are gay and they have a, you know, polarized energetic, they can certainly run this energy and dedicate it and have very good tantric experience as well.
13:17
Let me just, perhaps you’d like to talk a little bit and then I’ll fill in if there’s anything else. Beautiful. That, what she just said, and all of that is absolutely divinely true. At my personal level, I find Tantra to be really a daily spiritual practice more than
13:46
daily spiritual practice. And what Tantra does for me is it takes the concepts of consciousness, the concepts of different spiritual pathways, and takes
14:03
takes those sort of mental pieces that we’ve gotten used to, and for me the tantra has been a way to take it and embody it in, and actually make it part of my human self. Take the sort of the divine concepts when I think about being outside of myself, but actually bringing them down into my body using the tantric practices so that they become part of me. So that as I’m in my life,
14:31
One of the tantric practices, obviously, is to be present with your partner with an open heart. And those are really great things, except then I said to myself, well, how do I know if I’m present? What is presence? And then, so there’s, well, if I’m in my heart…
14:52
That’s an indicator that I’m present. And if I’m not in my heart, if I’m not totally open to my field in front of me or my partner, then my heart is a little bit closed, then I’m not as present as I would like to be.
15:08
It gets right down to the practice of seeing the divinity of other with no judgment and a presence with energy with other. A place where I get to practice and spend time being here with an open heart. And I get to have the most divine practices with
15:34
with some absolutely wonderful tantrikas who totally understand. And the amount of, I don’t know, personal growth and the amount of letting go of judgment and the amount of being more transparent, all the things that we aspire to, having more compassion, more love, more… These are the things that I’ve… When I’m doing tantra, these are the things that I’m practicing, is to have them right here, right now, with others.
16:01
or by myself, the self-love. So that for me, that’s what drove me to Tantra. And also because, boy, it gets real exciting when you start being non-resistant to the energy of partner and you’re totally open to being vulnerable and being transparent and being loving and being kind and being all these things.
16:26
The experience becomes much more exquisite with the awareness that that’s what I’m trying to be or become. I’m not sure that’s super clear, but that’s how I move towards Tantra and the practice is an opportunity to be in my heart and be present.
16:46
by logging hours and practicing a lot. So it’s great, kind of the conceptual and then the practical, which is good because that’s kind of it about tantra is that it’s an actual kind of a life path and a way of practicing being alive in the world that is very integrative of all of our self.
17:15
And so tonight, what we are doing, talking about secrets of tantric lovers, is less in a way about the linear what is tantra and how to do it exactly, though that’s going to come as part of it. But we’re going to just kind of help you in your mind to understand kind of the
17:42
the inspiration of it, and the purposes of it, and what are some of the secrets that distinguish tantric lovers from, I don’t want to call it ordinary lovers, but people who are making love without the tantric information, shall we say, or making love without doing it for tantric purposes.
18:06
So, um, I think… I feel like it’s a violation to almost interrupt. Okay, yeah, let me just say, I think, I think I think you really have to be open to questions and answers. Well, no, I just need some air conditioning. Okay, great. Hey, Lynn, could you turn that clockwise to the… I’ll trade seats with you if you want to. No, actually, you know what, I’ve got to… It’s great. I’ve also got this mini fan. I just couldn’t hear you in the air. Oh, okay. I mean, you just put this one. Yeah, here’s a little fan.
18:34
It takes its little twists and turns here. Like this. All right. So, um… Do I have a question? If I can… Sure, go ahead. I think that’s just fine. You just mentioned tantric lovemaking versus ordinary. Regular is how we say it, yes. And I’m wondering, um, also the differences between, uh, letting people in over here mention
19:05
Taoist teachings of Mantak Chia, and I’m wondering about the differences between Tantra and Taoist practices. You can speak to that to some small degree. Scholars of both would know etter. But when I studied with Swami Vivekananda, that’s where I drew the information from, he says,
19:32
that in Tantra, in the way that it’s classically practiced in India,
19:39
is you’re taking your dynamic generative energy from the lower centers of the body and directing them upwards where the energy gets sublimated and refined and is directed towards the higher centers of the mind and greater higher consciousness. And so its purpose is to connect with that higher consciousness and to kind of embody that and be blessed by that.
20:09
In the Taoist, the distinction is that this energy that’s brought forward and created is taken in and contained and circulated in different ways. But the purpose is more for kind of its regenerative and health-giving powers.
20:31
and longevity and ejaculatory control so that the sexual potency and prowess is not dissipated but built in the system. Totally right. Exactly right. Thank you.
20:47
And then there’s the Kashmiri, which is even before all those, and it’s an art form, a dance art form in Tantra, where you allow the divine to be the mover of your body. And they practice in that way, without partner or without… Actually, there’s some breathing taught into it, but not a whole lot. So there’s so many different ways, I think, into this divine energy. And each person, depending on…
21:14
who how they show up in their dharmic path it kind of takes them down one form or another you know the kashmiri well that is one of the forms that that’s wrapped up inside of that yes exactly yeah
21:33
So, thank you for that question. Excellent question. So, I kind of came up with, we came up with some of, what are some of the secrets
21:47
that distinguishes regular lovemaking from the tantric lovers. And the first thing that really came to my mind was that tantric lovers have a spiritual purpose, not only for their lives, but really they have a spiritual purpose in joining, in creating a tantric lovemaking event. And what that means is, for example, say we decide
22:17
we’d like to practice tonight you know we know that there’s going to be kind of a generating of the sexual energy involved and that’s very enticing you know and because as people who are tantrically oriented we know that by doing this practice and generating the energy and raising it we’re going to feel ultimately
22:43
ecstatic, we’re connected to ourselves, to our partner, and to divine energy, and that we get to dance in the kind of field of the divine mystery when we join. This is one of the things that distinguishes
23:04
tantric lovers is that they know that there is this divine mystery that they have access to by these tantric practices and that we kind of decide in advance that that’s what we’re going to do. Yes, we’re opening the field of energy between the two of us to include love and openness and support and care and knowing that all the energy that gets created between us tonight really is dedicated to
23:33
to an energy that is beneficial to all the divine energy. It’s like any other incredible spiritual concept. And I get to be in pleasure and create, and we’re in commitment. And of course, one of the deepest commitments that the masculine can make in tantra is to let go of outcome.
23:58
To be absolutely present, we get to let go of outcome, which is one of the other secrets of being tantric lovers, is that being good with wherever it goes, or doesn’t go. It doesn’t really matter, but showing up and allowing it to unfold, where the mystery really lies. But as soon as I have an agenda, or a place that I want to take it, then at that point,
24:23
I’m not as present because I have futurized and I’m trying to direct the energy to some place rather than let it unfold and be what it is. And by that I suppose what you mean is an end result of intercoursé or something more like a sequence. Sure, sure. So you’re letting go of that agenda and even an outcome because the process is…
24:51
the journey, it’s not the destination. It’s the excitement. Yes, it is the excitement there. Yes. Beautiful. Wonderful. Whereas in… God, I hate to call it ordinary sexuality because, God, you don’t ever want to be ordinary and certainly it kind of…
25:20
Sex the way it’s commonly practiced. Conventional. Conventional. I guess we can call it that, but I don’t want to use that in any diminishing way, because I like any kind of regular sex, too. It’s fine. Also, I mean, when I’m practicing tantra, I’m practicing tantra, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t have just regular sex sometimes, too. But I, you know, knowing the tantric perspectives, I always bring that to it. But…
25:44
Whereas, you know, with normal sex, kind of an end result would be a cessation of sexual desire and a feeling of release and completion and satisfaction. It’s kind of like a itch scratch kind of a thing.
26:02
In Tantra, we use our bodies to kind of embody the god, goddess, that energy that flows within us. And so we’re actually kind of bringing forth and magnifying divine energy and dancing with that divine energy together.
26:25
So it’s a different way of using the body. Instead of, I’m going to rub up against you because you’re the opposite sex, and we’re all going to do our thing, and then we’re going to be like, which is good too. But there’s something about, as a woman and as a man, if you sit in meditation and you open up to divine energy and allow it to come forward through you,
26:55
you’re filling with it. And that’s the first Tantra, is that sense of self connected with divine energy. And then when we bring that into the partnership dance, we’re actually taking in that divine energy, mixing it with our, in this case, feminine essence. And then when I bring that forward to my practice partner, I’m opening up and kind of, if you will, channeling forth
27:22
what can be called goddess energy. You know, woman energy mixed with divinity. And the male partner brings forth the divinity energy mixed with his masculine energy. And so then it becomes this delicious god-goddess dancing in the field of the divine. It does have
27:43
practical things that we can do to get you there. So it’s not just you have to practice for 100 years before you can get there. It’s a wonderful feeling, basically. So we’ll talk for a few more minutes, and then we’ll take a break. Anything else you want to say about that? Oh, yeah, you know, it’s like, gosh. In the practice of tantra, is the practice of…
28:10
Surrender, really, to your partner. Deep, deep, deep surrender with other. So that, one of the things about the Divine Feminine, because ultimately she’s the one that opens,
28:26
there’s a safety factor and a level of relaxation that gets to take place before the Divine Feminine is actually ready to receive the Divine Masculine in its fullest. And so some of the beautiful parts and secrets are to take time creating relaxness and safety.
28:49
And there’s a number of ways to do that. And we’ll talk about some of that later. But it becomes my job as a mass male in the tantric is to be sure that I’m giving the Divine Feminine enough time to get relaxed, present, open, before anything begins, really. And that can take…
29:10
delightful, you know, long period of time as well. Okay, so other secrets are that we know that we’re whole and complete within ourselves and that we’re not seeking the partner to fill in places that are missing for us or, you know, that two halves make a whole kind of thing. So it’s more that sense of
29:37
to whole complete individual people join it
29:42
And another one of the secrets is, as Padraic lovers, you don’t have to be mates, or even in a conventional committed relationship per se, although there should be, I feel, a sense of love and connection and relatedness. But because the purpose is kind of the spiritual connection and that union in some form for the purpose of magnifying the divine energies,
30:11
Two friends can really do it if they’re, you know, of that nature. Or two people who are single who are exploring relationship but aren’t in it.
30:21
or maybe two really good friends that aren’t in a relationship but that are missing that contact in their life and wanting a practice partner to run that energy and then kind of be in fine form when their beloved arrives so that they won’t be all tired and weepy and lonely and dried out and wishing they had somebody in their life.
30:47
So, you know, it’s a way actually for single people to juice up and be puffed up as the best that we can be. And then we’re kind of, you know, vibing the best to attract someone that we might want to have in our lives. Sure. And because we’re going for the intimacy rather than the sexuality, really. I mean, the intimacy is what we’re really after. The intensity of intimacy is what we’re looking for.
31:16
You get to do tantric practices with virtually anyone because they don’t have to go anywhere. They don’t have to go to the sexual. They don’t have to go… They can simply go to the activation of energy with other and to be able to practice being absolutely present, open, and willing, and energetically connected. And so the intimacy is what sort of… It’s what I feel drives a lot of the energy that happens. And sexuality certainly has one small piece
31:45
of intimacy, but there’s so many ways to be intimate with others. You know, just looking in the eyes and really looking in the eyes and really just being here is a deep intimacy that is superb unto itself. Doesn’t need to go anywhere. It can be simply that, you know, or making physical contact in some way and adding to that is that we’re going to find a place where we
32:12
that we agree to start from and then see what unfolds one of the other secrets of tantric lovers is that it’s a form of yoga that you practice together so while your physical hatha yoga that’s commonly taught in the yoga studios employs the physical positions of the body for various
32:41
things, the use of the breath. It’s also true in Tantra that we use the physical body in different positions for different things, use of the breath, use of understanding the way that energy moves in the system. So it really is very much kind of an active internal and external passive and active yoga practice.
33:07
Yeah, you can dedicate the energy to anything, too. And so as we enter into tantric practice, I might dedicate it to raising my vibration and being able to put it into some part of my body that needs a little attention. I can do that with the energy. I can run a little of that energy in my low back and really give it a really sweet little…
33:34
Healing all by myself when I’m practicing with a partner. The place I like that we come in like it’s sovereign and I’m responsible for myself. I’m responsible for my own turn on. I’m responsible for being fully activated. I don’t put it on my partner to try to get my energy up.
33:55
come with it up and she comes with hers this is as good as it can be in that moment and that’s where we begin so it’s it’s it’s not it’s all about me taking full responsibility for showing up with joy with gratitude with integrity
34:17
and feeling the energies in our bodies around those pieces. And it feels so good and pleasurable to be sharing that idea of compassion and connectedness and that we’re divine beings with another and playing in the delightful joy of the energy that we can create and this intimacy that we would create right here.
34:44
And it becomes so exciting because it becomes, you can really up the intensity of the intimacy by moving just a few inches closer. And then you can just feel the energy come up a little bit. It’s kind of like, and in that energy we get to play in that field for a while. And it becomes a place where I get to know so many more energies about myself. And yeah, well I could talk for weeks. No, it’s good. No, it’s good.
35:14
Yeah, that’s part of it for me. I just want to say a couple more things before we move into shifting the energy. One of the most beautiful secrets about tantric loving is that it helps us to release the shame and the guilt around our sexuality.
35:39
because we understand the tantric way of loving is its purpose is kind of a sweet embrace with the divine, you know, within ourself and within our life, bringing that more into our life, it kind of is a really innocent and loving and happy and free and joyous kind of celebration.
36:08
And, uh, whereas the, the conventional sexuality is so, um, associated with, um, you know, shame and that we shouldn’t have pleasure in this life, we’re just, we shouldn’t talk about it, and we shouldn’t feel too much, and, you know, there’s just a lot around that, as you know. We don’t have to get into all of the ways that people can feel shameful and guilty about their sexuality, you know.
36:38
having too much of it, not having it, not having the right size, not having big enough breasts, not having a big enough penis, or too big a butt, or whatever these physical judgments also that we have.
36:53
Tantra helps us to, in a sense, baptize and purify us in the light of truth, of the divine love living as us and as we can embrace that innocence and that
37:10
joy within ourself, sex then just returns to what it was originally created for, this idea of joyousness and pleasure and that babies would come from that. It’s not just you just have sex to make a baby and then the pleasure should be kind of downplayed for everything else, but it’s more it is the generative energy that gives us life and that babies are made from all that joy should let us know that
37:40
somewhere inside we know we came from a sexual act so there couldn’t be anything wrong with it because there’s nothing really wrong with us we have it all wrong I mean we make sex wrong we kind of somehow make us wrong on a deep fundamental level and there are poor beliefs around you know I’m wrong I shouldn’t be here I’m not good enough that we all have kind of
38:06
almost from birth, right? And, you know, certainly the upbringing. So we all need, in a sense, this clearing and opening and release of the sexuality, and that’s something that Tantra can give us. So, if there’s any questions at this point, great. If not, we’re going to do a movement break now. I have a question for Sahil. When you practice alone, do you…
38:35
Do you meditate? Are you working in aroused states and unaroused states? Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Meditation, different forms of meditations, roused, unaroused, how much energy I’m putting into my first and sacrament, or whether I’m actually…
38:52
Working mostly with the heart energy. It just depends. Most of the practices you do are tantric? Pardon? Most of the practices you do are tantric or sort of traditional? Yes, only if you label tantra as the body form of the other practice. So if I’m meditating,
39:12
then I love to meditate and I love to get very specific, get very mindless, get to that place of peace right there. And the tantric part of it is to embody it at a cellular level, to bring it into the body. As an example, I spent some time with a shaman in central Mexico. And what he would do, he would deliver a little piece of information
39:38
And then he would make you sort of dance with him for like two minutes. So he would give you a really nice little soul opening in there. Bing! He’d drop it in. But he didn’t want it to go from in there to your brain because he wanted you to really get it. So he would make you dance. And tantra is my way of getting ideas and concepts into a cellular level. So I’m living them out of my whole body.
40:08
All right. Let’s do a little bit of movement here. So what I want to do is I’m going to just encourage everybody to stand up. Just give a little bit of a stretch. It’s true in a sense that as tantric lovers, there’s kind of a…
40:37
acceptance of and embracing of our humanity and really including kind of the sexual organs and the sexual energy kind of without negative judgment seeing it kind of as
40:57
kind of that spark of life within us that we can then do something with. And so it’s a beautiful thing, but kind of the idea that we can have this sexual energy and we can generate it and not be embarrassed about it or afraid. So I think that’s very, very important. So what I wanted to do now was a demonstration of tantric loving.
41:24
Anybody interested in seeing a demonstration? So this isn’t going to be an explicit sexual tantric event in that sense. Though, I’d like nothing more than to do that. But the truth is that what we’d like to do is show you what it’s like in brief form from beginning to end what it takes to just prepare to become…
41:53
ready for a tantric event for the evening, and then just a few moments on what that might look like. And so we’re going to do some show and tell, in a sense. And that’ll be the most of what the second half is going to be, coupled with some more questions and answers, and then we’re going to teach you
42:17
two breathing techniques before you leave. A Taoist breathing technique called the microcosmic orbit. Some of you maybe already know or are familiar with. And the other one is a yogic tantric breathing technique to
42:32
to begin to circulate and raise the energy and intensify the energy in the system. Okay? All right. So let’s think about this for a minute. What we do, we confer a little bit here, so. Do we want to start from this point or do we want to demonstrate something?
42:53
I’m thinking that, so I just want to see, but also what I want to do is just manage our time efficiently here, but yet at the same time I want to show you things, but I almost want to show you them and fast forward so I can get it all in, so it’s just a funny kind of a paradox. So some of it maybe we’ll kind of talk through. Here’s what I’m thinking.
43:23
there’s an evening that you and your lover decide that you’re going to practice tantra together. And so what will tend to happen in all of our busy schedules is that we need more or less to set a time often rather than just being spontaneous. And that’s okay because it’s just the way that it’s got to be. If you’ve got extended periods of time, you still need to set a start time.
43:48
I find in preparing to have a tantric event or even any kind of a lovemaking event anymore, what I find is that I need to kind of brush off the day and get very in touch with myself and clear and present and maybe loosened up in my body so that when I come forward to my lover, I’m feeling good already.
44:16
And in daily life, if two people are both working, sometimes that’s not really possible to take oodles of time preparing to be with your lover. So we kind of combine that with the early time of tantric practice with our lover. So it kind of makes it more efficient in a sense.
44:40
And so, ideally, if I were on my own preparing, I would take a few minutes in quiet meditation. I’d take a nice bath and just center myself, maybe do a little bit of limbering up with some yoga practice. And then when my sweetheart gets home, I would
45:04
do practices with him that would allow him to be relaxed and you know maybe direct him towards a bath or you know give him a bit of a rub down or something like that a massage just to
45:19
calm his day down and to get him in present time or maybe do some dialoguing to kind of express what’s there from the day and release any stresses or tensions and definitely to make sure that there’s no stress or tension between us so there may be verbally some things that we have to clear as well.
45:43
How do you arrive here? Yeah, I know. It’s not like, oh, good. Yeah, but at least to walk through it. So, let’s just see here. So, why don’t we demo it from, let’s say you’ve had time to be refreshed. Yes. But I’ve just gotten home, and…
46:08
how are you going to help me to feel like I’m ready? Because, you know, I’m rushing around, I might be feeling a little bit tense. I also know I’ve got a date, but I don’t really feel ready, but I want to have this, so… And I know you, and I know that it’s very important for you to have the greatest experience that you can have is to really drop down before you…
46:37
before you then lift back up. So there’s this place of finding deep relaxation.
46:45
So I’m refreshed and you’re here. Got it. And maybe you’ve taken your bath and everything and you’re still carrying energy of the day. So, you know, I want to support you in getting to the place where you feel comfortable and ready and feel safe and clear. Exactly. So I don’t want to enter in too quickly here and I don’t want to get too quick about this, but there are certain levels of touch that…
47:11
create rounding hang on for a minute so he’s just fast forwarding to okay so I’ve already gotten home maybe I’ve gotten a bath already and then I’m coming to him a little bit more relaxed but I haven’t done any yoga or you know real practices so we’re just going to roll play so oh god I feel so much better from the bath but god and
47:39
Just shaking off the day air. Yeah, so whatever I can do to support this place of relaxation for her and how I can show up in a way that supports her dropping in, she’ll let me know. She’ll reach out and do various things.
48:00
the whole thing here is for me to to really support her in whatever process and be right with her this is a little partner yoga and she loves it and so she’ll start to get into her body and drop off some of the game you know and i am too now i’m tuning into her now figuring finding out where she’s at energetically and what’s going on
48:28
And every time she says, oh, well, it’s a nice place to come to a relaxing stop and let her have more of the, oh, whatever that was. So she’s really stretching.
48:42
I also know that when Adriana comes home after a hard day, there’s a whole other place that is really beautiful and that’s creating some pressure on your body, which you really love, or a little push off. We could probably do that in a sitting position. You know what we can do? I know what we can do.
49:06
So these balls are great for all kinds of reasons. I’m sure you’ve seen them around. But they’re really great for stress reduction. So you can just basically, of course, lay yourself down on the ball or in the position of laying on the back. Obviously, the forward bends and the back bends are two positions in yoga that they work with.
49:34
So why am I doing all this? I mean, why am I personally doing all of this right now? It’s because I’m going to have a more profound experience if I spend the time to open up all the petals of the Divine Feminine.
49:54
And so she’s going to show me everything I can support her in getting ready to open herself up. And this ball thing is really sweet. I haven’t done that much of it, but I have watched. There’s a guy on the island that does a lot of this. And it’s so fun and relaxing because it carries with it a lot of room for feeling and movement. Yeah.
50:23
It’s just part of that weight thing she likes. She really likes to be, have weight on her. It’s her, one of her things. And so, just giving her. The weight on me seems to like, it calms me down. It like spreads out the sensation and all the tension and it kind of squeezes it out from me. At Moore University, they used to call that
50:51
detumescing a person. When a person’s tumesced, there’s a buildup of the energy to the point where it’s a little bit dissonant or, you know, unharmonious within the self. So this kind of putting on the heavy pressure or the stretches or encouraging to make sounds, you know, it’s what they call detumescing. It takes out the excess
51:15
energy so that it’s easier to feel more kind of normal, what our self usually is. And so… So we’ve done a lot of that. We’re going to fast forward slightly through that whole piece. You know, one of the things that I really like to do is I like to get it between us.
51:33
and use it as an energetic piece. To exercise with and to relax and all that. So we’re going to show you something that you can do with the ball, a way that you can have a ball with the ball. So let’s do this because we’re on camera. So I just want to kind of just dab like that. So you’re on your knees basically.
52:02
But you’ve got a stabilization in your pelvis so nobody can really knock you over. You’re kind of strong on your legs, so that’s kind of the deal. And then you push forward into the ball just so that your weight is supported by the ball and so is your partner. Right, and we’re really tuning in now because I’m really feeling it.
52:22
At what level she wants to bring the energy kind of for her. Oh, yeah. Well, I just want a more like hug almost. I’m like, I’m just glad to see it. And I want to just, can you give me a good strong hug? Like just a good squeeze. Oh.
52:39
Yeah, now I’m feeling better. That’s good. Hi. Yeah.
53:00
So then we can just kind of balance a little bit, I guess. And it’s just kind of fun, you know, because you can just kind of relax with each other then. And it becomes kind of recreational and sensual in a way at the same time. But it doesn’t have to be highly sensual or sexual. But it’s just enough to kind of get your body’s…
53:21
You know, softened up and loosened and kind of dancing together. So it’s like, it’s kind of just playful. Yeah, playful. You know, eyes, you know, doing the eyes. Becoming aware of the breathing of the other in very subtle ways. And just getting close and transparent and vulnerable.
53:44
Yeah, which is wonderful, but it also, you know, puts your genital area directly on the ball, actually. And so what you’ve got is a perfect kind of sexual stimulation going, you know, in a very kind of playful and innocent way, very relaxing, very grounding.
54:01
So it’s just nice, you know, because then it’s almost like, you know, making love without making love, but it’s also a solo practice because you’re feeling it yourself. So it’s just kind of like that. So it can go anywhere from there, but we definitely want to show you the ball exercise. Now, in terms of being tantric lovers, of course, we’re not really going to show them
54:31
kind of like the more intimate practices, but I want to kind of just give them a little bit of a sense of, okay, now we’ve gotten a little bit connected, I feel more relaxed, I feel open, I’m warm, I’m in my body. So what would you do next, knowing that somehow as a feminine essence woman, I feel
54:57
really good when man takes the lead. And it’s not like I can’t take the lead. I can. But there’s something about the man kind of coming forth with some dynamic energy and then letting me be delighted about that and respond to that. And, you know, in a sense then I can draw out my doing nature, my trying nature, my wanting to make it happen nature.
55:22
And just, in a sense, be taken, be transported by my man. And that’s what I really like, is being with someone that will make me feel so relaxed and open in a way that he can gently guide me and direct me and take me.
55:41
to a place that I want to get to on my own, and can get to on my own, but yet he’s leading me into this experience in this state, and allows me that feeling of trust and surrender and openness as a woman, and allows him to come forward with his masculine essence, which is that kind of bringing consciousness down into form with a pull of truth and light.
56:10
You know, that’s the kind of Shiva energy, this kind of young energy that they talk about. And as the feminine essence, the yin, I’m, you know, more embodying the receptive energy, the sacred space, the container of the divine energy, kind of all things.
56:30
manifest and create the creative spark, the Shakti energy. So when you hear about the Yin Yang or the Shiva Shakti energy, it’s the dynamic kind of opposing energies that are not in opposition but they’re in dynamic juxtaposition to each other. And you want to really cultivate this male and female energy because that’s where the fire is and then that’s where the combustion takes place
56:59
to allow then the energies to travel upwards and wake up again the consciousness and the higher centers of the brain and the natural intelligence and all that. So Shiva, maybe just a couple of things. Because this is one of the places where another of the petals sort of opens into
57:27
knowing that I’m paying attention to her heart and that I’m paying attention to my own heart. And just finding that connection with her is so valuable. Relaxing, and it starts to get juicy, and it starts to get squishy, and it feels really good.
57:47
And then, of course, the breath comes in and that would be, in this moment, that’s what I would do with you and start to see what her response is going to be to something else. Yeah, she just gave me a whole little piece right there by sitting her hand on my shoulder and moving her shoulder. This kind of motion is going to open some doors. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
58:16
The stretch here is, and I know you love to stretch. You love to feel that whole opening in your whole back. So, yeah. Yeah. So, top.
58:28
So then, you know, either then, you know, we might do a little bit of yoga together, maybe not, but if we kind of feel limbered up, then, you know, some of the things, let me turn us around this way, if you can sit right here for just one minute. Got it. Beautiful. Yeah. So, there’s several ways that you can sit to start with these partner practices.
58:55
But the idea is lining up the energy centers of the body, traditionally known as chakras in the tantric lingo or something. So we won’t get too much into what the chakras are, where they are, but just roughly energy centers in the body that correspond with the internal organs in terms of their placement. And so we’re kind of matching up.
59:24
Our base is kind of on the same level, our belly buttons, our hearts, our throats, our third eye. And let’s say he was much taller than I was, I would sit on two or three pillows or so, so I’d match his height.
59:43
So maybe, yeah, I just want to kind of do a few little pelvic circles together. So if we just kind of rock together. Ah. And maybe do some unison breathing. Ah.
01:00:19
and something that typical tantric breathing exercises can be in and out exclusively through the nose and we might breathe in together in and out through the nose in unison for several breaths and then at a certain point we’ll switch and I’ll breathe in
01:00:46
He’ll breathe out at the same time. And then as he breathes out, I breathe in. And that’s kind of a reciprocal charging breath. It kind of starts to mix and exchange our energies. But the idea of breathing together harmonizes us and kind of gets us on the same energetic wavelength. So if we could just practice that for a moment. I don’t know if they’ll be able to see it, but just breathing in and out through our nose at the same time.
01:01:28
And then to do the opposite. So you can keep the same and I’ll adjust mine. So go ahead.
01:02:11
Okay. So just to kind of show you some positions for that. And it’s just a nice and relaxing and a meditative and a peaceful thing to do that connects you up. And then she feels one petal more open, more present, more receptive.
01:02:30
More clear, more here, more energized with each level we come to. Yeah. And then what might be fun is just to show, because in the beginning what we do in tantric practice often before we get into kind of the higher levels of meditation and ecstasy and all of that is you’ve got to kind of go to start from somewhere.
01:02:51
So there’s a sense of now that we’re kind of connected at the heart. You know, we’ve breathed a little bit. We’ve done some eye gazing. You know, we’re kind of on the same page in a way energetically. Then it’s time to generate the sexual energies. And how do you do that? You know, well, there’s a million ways to do it. I mean, you know, you’ve done it all your life, so you know. But it’s just fun to have that, of course. And so we just…
01:03:20
kind of you know take a bit of time for that generate the energies and then kind of gets brought back up into all right now we’re going to take these energies and we’re going to move them up and we’re really not going to be able to teach you tonight these tantric practices for actually how you raise the energy from your lower centers to your higher ones that’s things that we can talk about in private sessions or couple sessions or
01:03:48
other workshops where we’ll teach those things. But we can demo a little bit of it for you. And I’m going to show you when we’re done some breathing practices that you can do now and then do at home and then you’ll be able to translate them into your sensual and loving tantric times and use those.
01:04:09
So, just in terms of just a little demo on how would you just go from this space to kind of generating the sensual energies. And so it’s maybe you’re on the floor, maybe we’re already on the bed when we’re doing this, but maybe you can just lead in that sense of kind of like, you know, creating that kind of swooning effect and opening in the moment, the feeling.
01:04:34
However you would take your shot to do that, whether it’s in this position or kind of using the floor a little bit. Probably in this case, since we’re here, you know, I’m probably going to support you back here and in front. And we’re going to let you start the process and move yourself.
01:04:54
Yeah, and support the full extension of as much as she wants to.
01:05:06
to move into, oh, oh, oh. So just to, yeah, so I’ve got a certain pressure on her low back that seems to be effective right now. But I don’t want to stay there. I want to keep moving with each in-breath and out-breath, so I don’t want to stay with your pressure on your back. Exactly. So let’s just flow in that talk about, let’s just do it for like a few minutes so that they can see, and not like a fast forward, but like move
01:05:36
lead me through like five to ten different sequences of what you would do you know or if I had you I would you know just kind of like you know and just like what would we do we would play with each other maybe we’d kind of like
01:05:55
You know, just kind of create a fun little dance together where, you know, we’re stretching and playing and kind of just getting comfortable with the idea of us together.
01:06:11
But, you know, then it moves into kind of generating it. And then, of course, then we’re in here. We’d be in this position here. And then, of course, we go back to the heart, which is a really beautiful thing to do and to create some energy in your low belly. And I’m putting my hand in the heart. A little bit of that and a little rocking back and forth. Just to give a sense of the depth of your movement and kind of where you’re headed.
01:06:37
what you’re pushing or not, and how you want to move your hips a little bit later, and all that stuff. A little bit later. Yeah. And at this point… I’m kind of, not like in an explicit way, but I’d love for you to lay on top of me just so I can push against you a little bit. Okay, sure. Just move some of those energies. Right, right. And of course I want to come in slow and easy, you know, so that there’s no real…
01:07:06
You know, boom, dive in, but something there is beautiful. Okay, so I’m going to come to the outside for a minute. Okay. Okay, so that I can give you some weight. Yeah, but you don’t even have to talk unless you want to. I mean, I think let’s just do it. Okay. Okay. Mmm. Mmm. Mmm. Mmm.
01:07:33
I don’t really have a lot of stress. So it’s just more the rolling around. You can use a lighter weight now with your body because I don’t really need that heavy pressure and it’s just about rolling.
01:07:55
All right. So, I mean, you know, it could go from there, obviously. We don’t want to bore you with the details. Well, and at this point, I’d love to take just one more minute. And would Yab-Yam be okay just for… Yeah. Yeah, okay. That’s what I would do at this moment. Yab-Yam can be done in several different ways, basically. But, you know, the idea is just, again, aligning the energy centers in the body. So I’m going to ask her to come all the way up and really jump into a position here and to…
01:08:24
so that I can really feel her weight and feel her first and second chakras attached to my first and seconds. And then our third is really lined up, and the bellies come together, and then she starts to do the dance. It’s her dance, and I meet and match her for a while. Ooh. Ah.
01:08:57
Yeah, thank you. You’re welcome. And then where would it go from there, just verbally, like if we were doing this for a while then? Don’t know exactly, but you know,
01:09:16
There’s a lot of breathing stuff that comes from this, and there’s a lot of trance stuff that comes out of this particular play. Yeah. Can I say something about that? So say we do it like we generated the sexual energy for a while, and then we’ll come into yabium to take the energy that’s generated, and then we’re, you know, through the alignment of the chakras and the breath,
01:09:37
we’re then bringing the energy up. We’re just drawing it upwards. So we’re mixing our own sexual energy, taking it upwards, but we’re also kind of exchanging sexual energy at this point and moving that upwards. So we’re kind of blending. And at this point we’re also, because we’re intending that, we’re opening up to the divine energy coming forward and then
01:10:04
mixing it inside, and then when I open my eyes, then I intend I’m the embodiment of the goddess for this man, for this Shiva. And he’s the expression of the embodiment of the divine for me. And so, as I am here regarding you, I don’t simply see, okay, he’s a man, he’s got nice eyes, pretty cute, he’s got this, he’s got that.
01:10:33
but i look in his eyes and it’s like wow there’s god you know so that immediately becomes very different sure and the actuality of that is that you’re actually seeing yourself in the sense that if you see the god in me then you feel the god in you and and and you’re
01:10:52
Your ability to see the God in me is direct reference to your ability to love yourself and to be present. And so it’s this little circle that starts to happen about me loving me loving you loving me loving you who loves. It’s just, and then pretty soon it’s not even about two people anymore. At some level it becomes about this greater energy that there’s just one of us here.
01:11:17
And it’s so beautiful and that’s that whole point of oneness and connection. It releases a sense of separate self and it brings us open to experience ecstasy. And the literal translation of ecstasy is to stand outside of oneself
01:11:32
to be so expanded that you’re not just in your own individual eye, but you’re seeing a bigger picture. So it really, at this point, this is where the doorway really opens to divinity at this point in the loving practice. And then you really have that intention, and so then what happens, you reinterpret, you kind of recontextualize it into this is sacred, this is divinity, I am divinity,
01:12:02
and then what happens then and from then on is just the dance of the divine it’s not any longer he’s doing this thing to me and i’m responding and i’m feeling good and then this is happening there it’s more like there’s like that own that two people are oming together
01:12:21
And it sounds different, but it blends. And then it becomes indistinguishable whose voice it is. And so you just are in that place. And then it’s unlimited. So whatever happens, whatever act, whatever energies come through, it’s like I’m making love with God. I’m being blessed by that. I’m goddess. I’m opening up. And I’m blessing you with all of that. So if I feel something, I’m not going to.
01:12:50
like not do it because of stopping myself. It’s more like if I’m feeling to do something,
01:12:55
It’s kind of that goddess urge within me, so it gives me more permission, in a sense, to be how I want to be. And, you know, in a sense, you know, if I want, you know, take the initiative and, you know, move forward and, you know, be what I want to be. Yes, exactly. And kind of bless him with my Shakti energy, you know, in whatever form that would take. So…
01:13:22
Anyway, so that’s kind of what we wanted to demo to you is just a little bit so you can see it. I’m a big believer in, you know, you can read it and understand it, but it’s harder to translate it when you can see it in front of you. It’s stuff you’ve been kind of doing all your life, so this is not rocket science or something that’s like that far out or hard for anybody to practice.
01:13:48
It’s just a natural thing that humans have done since the beginning of time. It’s just reminding you of that and giving you a context with which to practice. So let’s just take a couple of minutes maybe and show them some of the breathing exercises. We’re open to questions at this point. We’ve got about another 15 minutes left, and we did want to show you these two breathing practices, but I’ll take some questions first. We will. Asaha, please.
01:14:16
Yes. My question is, was that just a demonstration or did you both get turned on by that? Well, I’m turned on. Yeah, I came already turned on. And certainly when she sits and we’re playing with the energy, my vibration does come up more.
01:14:37
And so there’s more ecstatic energy in my being, which means my PC muscles come up. That means I get aroused energetically and sexually. Yeah, all of that’s happening.
01:14:51
But for me, you see, I’m turned on kind of in total, but it’s not like I’ve got a super-duper sexual turn on or that my yoni is like on fire like this. Because no, it’s not. In that sense, but there is a sense of general like excitation and…
01:15:10
you know in a sense anticipation because when i do the sequence of what i just did my body knows what’s coming next so i’m already like oh i’m opening to it and that’s kind of why we do this these things in sequence because it’s like the petals of the
01:15:30
flower, you know, just tear them open, you know, through the warmth and the heat that’s generated from the sun, you know, things ripen on their own and begin to bloom. And so you kind of create, in a tantric loving event, a sequence of events that allow you to warm up and, you know, grow and bloom and expand.
01:15:51
And she got, energetically, she got to the place where it wasn’t, you know, it wasn’t sexual or yoni, but she expanded her pelvic floor right then. I could feel her, like, open up the whole channel. She’s getting ready. She’s opening the whole channel so that her creative energy, her divine energy, that field of force that she is…
01:16:14
starts to get more intense because you opened up that whole pelvic floor and that little piece right there. It was very beautiful. There’s certain videos that look… You’ve done a good job, I’ll tell you that. Say it again? Good job. It’s interesting work you’re doing.
01:16:34
Thank you so much. I really appreciate this. Anybody else have anything to show you from the Breathworks?
01:16:53
Microcosmic orbit. Not a tantric practice, but it can be used during tantric loving very effectively to move the energy through your system. It’s something that you can practice any time of the day or night.
01:17:12
I just have a feeling somehow that I either ask you to explain it, I don’t know why, or… I mean, I can do it, but maybe you’ve done it so much. You want me to? Yeah, yeah, I just, yeah. I just have a feeling about that.
01:17:28
David, by the way, is a highly esteemed acupuncturist and doctor of oriental medicine, and he’s an author, and we just love David, and he’s been a member of our community for a long time, and I have the utmost respect and, you know, happy to consider him a friend, so. Well, I think we’re through all the details. Why don’t we just do the principles? Yeah, well, it’s just, yeah. I mean, I’d say max five minutes on and give them…
01:17:58
how to do it. Because I want to give everybody some physical experience. So what you’re doing is you’re using your breath. This is called qigong. And qigong means working with qi or working with energy. And you’re using your breath to open up your spine. So if you
01:18:19
If you just, when you’re doing this, what you want to do is you want to keep your cervical curve flattened, your neck flattened. So it’s kind of a poofy position. So your chin is kind of tucked under like this, and then your lower back is flattened too. So you sit up straight and just comfortable. This is home, so you can relax into this. And what I’d like you to do is just…
01:18:44
I’d like you to take a really deep breath. Just as deep as you can. Breathe in through your nose as far as you can. And then exhale out your mouth. One more time. Take a deep breath in through your nose. And exhale out your mouth.
01:19:13
I want you to do that one more time, and I want you to notice how your body moves. Just pay attention to where your body moves when you take that really deep breath. Take a really deep breath. And exhale. And one more time, as deep as you can. Watch how your body moves.
01:19:37
And let’s go.
01:19:45
Who noticed their body moving? Tell me about what happened. Who noticed? What did you notice? The ribs expand. The ribs expand. Anybody else? Shoulders go up. Shoulders go up, yeah. It’s like a filling up from the bottom. From the bottom to the top. Great, yeah. That’s what happens. We fill up. When we breathe deeply, we fill up from the bottom to the top, right? That’s what happens. So what we’re doing when we’re taking that breath is we’re…
01:20:17
We’re actually massaging our organs. Our diaphragm will flatten. When we take a breath in, our diaphragm flattens, and it pushes down on the organs. So if you take a really deep breath with your belly, your belly comes out. What’s happening is your diaphragm is flattening, and your organs have to go somewhat so they go forward. So what we’re going to do is we’re going to take that same breath. We’re going to keep our belly a little bit tight.
01:20:44
And what we’re going to do is we’re going to take that energy, and rather than putting it directly into the organs, we’re going to bring that energy into our spine. OK? So keep your belly a little tight, a little tight, and take that exact same really deep breath. Exhale. Good. One more time. Breathe in through your nose and keep your belly tight. Exhale.
01:21:14
Can you feel that in your back? Can you feel that in your spine? What I want you to do is I want you to breathe into your, take that same breath, and I want you to breathe into your kidneys. Okay, so take that same breath and breathe really deeply in. You’ll notice when you do that that your spine will start to lengthen a little bit. So really pay attention. Belly tight, breathe in through the nose.
01:21:44
Do you feel your spine lengthening? So what we’re going to do is we’re going to take that breath and we’re going to bring it all the way up our spine and lengthen. So if I was going to exaggerate it, it would look like this. One more time, exaggerate it.
01:22:14
That’s what it feels like on the inside, so if I’m actually doing it, you’re not going to really see a whole lot, but you’ll feel it. So it looks like this if I’m not exaggerating it. Inhale, I’m lengthening all the way up the spine. And in the exhale…
01:22:37
I’m relaxing my jaw, my shoulders, and the spine stays long and the meat just hangs from the bones, okay? So try that. Take a really deep breath in through the nose. Lengthen up your spine. And exhale, the energy’s going down the front. Keep the spine long. Inhale, up the spine.
01:23:05
Exhale down the throat. Good. One more time. Inhale. Exhale down the throat. Good. Very simple. That’s it. There’s other pieces to it, but that’s a good one. Really simple. So when you’re generating sexual energy, you’re around to bring that up.
01:23:32
And then you drop it back down. You become kind of like an electrical generator. You generate more and more energy, which you can then use for other things in your life, or you can give back to your partner, or heal yourself, or whatever. This breathing practice takes us to a natural state of movement
01:23:50
which allows for the generation of a natural state of energy. And you can almost imagine filling up with it and then releasing almost all of it. And it’s like building wider,
01:24:04
and wider and so that are capable of holding more and more energy within within my body and actually it generates a field of energy inside of my body if i if i keep allowing it to support the energetics as well as the as the other parts of the body as well so you can really develop and design and create a whole lot of energy um that to bring
01:24:34
to the tantric experience. Yeah, and I mean that’s what it’s all about is energy. The kind of generating of the energy, the circulating of the energy, and the dedicating of the energy to the awakening of the higher centers, the connection with the partner,
01:24:52
and maybe a higher intention to bless and heal the planet with this loving energy. So as you’re using the breath practices and the body positioning and the idea of pulling the energies up,
01:25:09
this is kind of your toolbox, in a sense, for what you need to actually practice tantra. You know, you need the energy, you need to be able to direct the energy and visualize it through your system and the intention to dedicate it. And then you basically do the practice, you open up and surrender to that dedication, and then you’re letting it live you. You’re letting it then
01:25:39
practice through you and then it becomes bigger and bigger and bigger and in a sense a cosmic event.
01:25:47
because you’re no longer just identifying with your small, independent, individual self, but you’ve opened up to your higher intention to connect with God and to bless and heal the planet or whatever, and then you just let that energy continue to move and do what it will, and the energy will open you. And as you’re with your lover and the breath and the energy happens,
01:26:11
You can look even like you’re in conventional sexual positions, but because you’ve cultivated this energy and dedicated it, then it becomes this other thing. It’s almost like you have the secret combination to spaceship. You can get in, close the door, turn the thing on, and it’ll go.
01:26:38
He’ll go. And your life will never be the same. Your relationship will never be the same. The way you feel about yourself will never be the same. And that’s part of the fruit of the tantric practice, is that you become a living, glowing, loving embodiment of divinity.
01:27:01
which is what we all are anyway. So it just kind of turbocharges the human experience and kind of turns you into a superhuman. Right, and the energy that we’re creating and we’re calling sexual in nature is our creative energy. It is the energy by which we find vitality. It’s vital energy, it’s cellular, it’s vibratory, it’s…
01:27:25
And so, you know, I believe that these practices are used in different ways around the planet by different yogis and they’re creating a vibration of love inside their body and every cellular level in the body there is an ecstatic loving energy that they’re in tune and in touch with. And so it’s this beautiful vitality and freedom of intimacy
01:27:54
that is so exciting and becomes so magical because neither of us are doing anything it’s unfolding itself and we’re just allowing it to expand us to as big as we can possibly get in any given moment until it’s almost so intense that it’s uncomfortable and that’s where the breathing piece comes in we breathe and we expand we breathe expand also there’s more energy
01:28:19
And we can call it sexual energy, we can call it creative energy, we can call it vitality. It’s all the same. It’s the same energy. And then at a certain point the energy will kind of settle in and then we’ll just know that it feels like it’s done for the time. And we’ll just know when that is.
01:28:35
You know, either because we’ve got to go back to our jobs, or the kids have woken up, or we just become tired and it’s time to go to sleep or whatever. Got one more breathing practice. Do we have time? You okay with one more breathing practice? Okay. This one, it’s pretty simple, but it’s again about bringing the energy up.
01:29:01
See here, I’m just going to do this one on my own. If you can either visualize or just imagine or have a sense of it. As you breathe in, there’s the sense of taking the breath from the bottom of our body and moving it upwards.
01:29:32
and like holding it at the top of our head and you can go like this if you want to to just kind of awaken the higher centers and when that breath comes up to here you squeeze your pc muscle your pubic oxygenius muscle i think it’s called three times you hold the breath squeeze squeeze squeeze and then just let it go with the gentle you know like a like a grain going out through your nose like
01:30:02
So you’re breathing up like the fiery sexual energies, if you will, once they’re generated. But even if they’re not, you can just… This is a way to generate it. So you’re breathing energy up. Pretend you’re taking an elevator up there. Squeeze your PC muscle. Squeeze, squeeze, squeeze. Imagine almost that you can see fireworks going off while you’re doing that. And then you release the PC muscle and you just…
01:30:30
Let the energy come out your nose. So just kind of play around with that concept for just a few moments. Just feel your face on the ground. And you can, in a sense, move your pelvis forward and back in a way so you can kind of
01:30:44
locate your sexual energy because many people can’t find their sexual energy anywhere they’ve lost it but all they’ve got to do is really feel their crotch and kind of move it a little bit and that energy is actually there so we may have low libido but we won’t have no libido if you do a little bit of stimulation so again
01:31:08
breathing up the energy holding it at the third eye squeeze squeeze squeeze as you are just holding your breath and then gently exhaling it sending it out and you should feel some some energy starting to move in the genital area some stimulation because that PC
01:31:28
pump that you do three times, it actually squeezes the genitals so again it creates circulation and blood flow and conscious awareness of that part of our body. So just take another minute, do it so that you can just begin to feel it and see if you can just imagine that fiery orange sexual energy from
01:31:53
the base of your spine, breathing it upwards, letting the top of your head be illuminated with light, because that’s really what’s happening in actuality. So if you visualize it and imagine it, it really does end up happening. And then letting it come out. At the bottom of that breath, sometimes letting that
01:32:18
Letting your soul actually disappear at the bottom of the breath. Actually letting your whole beingness go out the bottom and for a moment we become nothing. And in that nothingness comes a deeper sense of energy that then gets to be pulled up inside of us. And then the release down to the point of nothingness. Which allows for the energy to fill in the void and then come back up again.
01:32:50
Good. Very good, everyone. Well, there’s so many tantric practices once you get your kind of basic operating system down. Then there’s all kinds of things that you can do with it. And there’s many books and DVDs that you can buy on these tantric
01:33:11
Some of them we sell here, others you can look online and you can Google it, but I’m very happy to talk to you personally about other information that’s available for you.
01:33:26
many, many good places that you can learn. I wanted to just, in closing, show you a little kind of things that are good to have as secrets of tantric lovers. You know, just kind of a little, just a little tantric toolkit. You know, when you’re going to have a tantric event or, you know, a lovemaking event and you have your bedroom area, of course you set it up beautifully so that there’s no clutter and the music is on and the lights are soft and
01:33:54
you know, so that the environment is nice. And then you would have certain, you know, really nice things, you know, a nice coconut-based coconut oil, you know, to do some massage on your partner’s body. And it’s also very good on the genitals external, not so much internal, because it can promote yeast infections in women.
01:34:17
But coconut oil is very pure. It’s good for the skin. Body lotion is always just good. Sometimes you want to massage the feet. Essential lubricant is actually very, very good to have in the bedroom. I consider it a tantric tool because on the inside of a woman’s body, or actually in a male, if you’re going for the G-spot, which is…
01:34:44
corresponds with the prostate gland, you’re going to want to use a water-based lubrication to be able to
01:34:50
get inside. And the water-based lubrication is also really good with condoms. It’s condom-friendly, so the oils break down the condom material and it makes it ineffective. So we want the water-based lubricant because it’s condom-friendly. If anybody wants to email me, I can give you instructions for how to make a lubricant out of flaxseeds. Really, really good lubricant. Totally safe for condoms. So just email me and I’ll give you instructions. It’s really simple.
01:35:20
Yeah, it’s good. I mean, some people are very sensitive and or, you know, really want just something totally natural. And so I think it really is good to do that kind of thing with David’s. Some of the other ones that are good are, this one is called Probe. You’ve got Liquid Silk. You’ve got Astro Glide.
01:35:39
You know, KY jelly, things like that. So you can kind of experiment with yourself and see what you think is good. I always have a little breath spray on hand because it’s nice to bring a, you know, freshly brushed teeth to your lover, but if for some reason it’s not possible, you have a little breath spray by your bed. It’s really good. And then this is something that I really like. This is from the Dragonstone Healing Center, and it’s a female sexual tonic.
01:36:08
And they make it for men also. And it basically kind of acts as an herbal Viagra. And it creates a sense of circulation, blood flow in the genital areas. And something that is really good is that it creates a bit of a young energy in women. Not totally, but it takes you from having a low sex drive or low libido. It just creates just a little bit more interest within the system itself, the female system.
01:36:36
And it makes us more responsive to sexual energy coming towards us and even kind of makes us, you know, want to, you know, bring some of that forward as opposed to being so yin that we’re just receiving it. So that’s a very, very nice thing. That’s about it. I think some other really good sensual tools are…
01:37:01
I mean, cute pair of undies. And I say it half-jokingly because when you have some pretty things around, some things that make you feel good and sensual and attractive, kind of you’re more likely to…
01:37:16
wake yourself up and feel turned on for the event and so if you want to use the sexual energy to generate you know the spiritual state you’ve got to do those things that are going to turn you on that are going to wake you up and make you feel really good you have sensual things like you know fur that you can move on the body or move on your lover’s body
01:37:38
kind of awaken the senses. It’s good to be sensual. It’s good to be in the body and feel pleasure. And so having things around that just kind of are just teasy. You know, I mean, they’re not things that you use all the time, you know, but just a blindfold. Actually, interestingly enough, when you take away one sense, the other senses get stronger. So sometimes
01:38:05
as part of that mystery and the intrigue and kind of creating a sensuality that it just heightens something. You know, you can play around with blindfolding your lover or being blindfolded and having pleasure and this can be very enticing and you know it doesn’t have to really happen for a long time.
01:38:27
a little bit of a time. And I know that we didn’t really talk very much about some of the most important secrets of tantric lovers are understanding that within each woman, within each man, there’s a spot inside of us
01:38:43
That is kind of at the heart of the second chakra, which is associated with the emotional sexual center. And that by stimulating the chakra directly on it, it awakens the dormant energy within it.
01:39:00
and it can not only clear out old energies from the past which are very important to address um in life and we can talk lots more about that but it also kind of liberates um stuck held sexual or emotional energy and this frees us up to feel more pleasure and let that energy start to move so in the woman it corresponds with the g-spot
01:39:30
We can talk much more about location for that. And in the male, it corresponds with the prostate gland. So that can be contacted either external in the man’s body at the perineum. There’s certain spots which pretty much connect right up with that. Or you can go right in to the anus gently and with the right kind of preparation and reach up and in there.
01:39:56
touch right on that prostate gland. And there’s a way of stimulating that, which is highly arousing for a man, but also very, very good for the health of the prostate gland. And again, it opens up the pleasure center and frees the energy there so that it can move. This is something called the crystal wand, and it was…
01:40:19
I don’t know all about how it was created, but basically it’s plexiglass, and it’s shaped in such a way that you can get inside of a woman’s body, and when it’s put in, it’ll go right to where the woman’s G-spot is.
01:40:38
And she can begin to actually open up and explore her own spot on her own before she has a lover in her life. Or if she has a lover, maybe she wants to wake up her own self and do self-practice. Or maybe she’s going to have a date with her lover.
01:40:56
she’s feeling very flat. You know, maybe she would take a bath, do some yoga, and do a little self-pleasuring and wake herself up before her day so that she feels actually like she’s got some appetite and some interest and some kind of vavum to bring. Because it’s so often, you know, we’re older, we’re kind of tired, you know, our juice isn’t really there that much, but we can wake it back up. And in a way, we kind of, especially as we get older,
01:41:26
because it might not just be there. So if we don’t want to be growing older and more and more non-sexual and kind of drying up, we do practices to kind of keep that sexuality alive. And so this is one way that you can do that. And for the man, if you turn it back this way, it’s smaller. You can actually get in and up, and it will reach the man’s prostate gland. And you can work with him on that.
01:41:54
So that’s just a little kind of tool kit that’s nice to have. I’m all about the accoutrements. I think it’s really nice to have them and have a variety of them and keep them handy because you never know when you’re going to use them.
01:42:11
If you’ve got to like go and pull it out all the time and search around and where’s that thing, it’s like, wait, did I leave that? You know, it just becomes sometimes maybe more trouble than it’s worth or, you know, if you’re loving and you don’t have those things, you know, after a while if you’re making love and, you know, things can get kind of hot down there and kind of dry in there and kind of like, so a little bit of this lubricant just lightens up the energy, it makes it slippery, it cools it out, you know, it’s really, really good.
01:42:41
So.
01:42:43
So that’s what I want to say about that. So everybody, thank you so much for coming and sharing. Can I ask you a question? Yes, please. If you wanted to do the breathing exercises and kind of get into the tantric whole thing, I mean, if you wanted to do like a central massage, would you do that before you kind of get into breathing? Or where would you…
01:43:12
How would you all fit all that stuff in? You know, I mean, I think that the central massage would be before as a way of relaxing you and your partner, but you wouldn’t take the central massage to a direct stimulation of the genitals at that point. You would just use it to relax and to create an arousal situation so that a person’s kind of awake and interested.
01:43:42
And then I would go towards the tantric practice. Although, you know, it’s fine to do it the other way around where maybe you’re doing some of the breathing together and kind of bonding together. And then, hey honey, you know, let’s lay back down and generate some energy. And so then…
01:44:04
You know, you do that. So kind of it’s a tool. Use it. Play around with it. See what works for you.
01:44:17
Let’s see if there’s any announcements. Do we have any announcements? Oh, gosh. I’ll announce. Saha is here for another month. He’s a very gifted Dhaka, which means that he’s a person that holds the sacred spiritual sexual energy and has cultivated it within himself. And he’s been taught how to nurture
01:44:47
to awaken, to heal in women that place within themselves so that they can be more able to go into their life and be fully functioning as a sensual, sacred, spiritual woman. And so he will do these sessions for people privately.
01:45:11
Maybe you do other things too. I know you do, but that’s one of the things that I would like to… What did you mean you’re here for a month, but then where do you go? You don’t live here? No, actually I live in Sebastopol, California, and I come over here about eight or ten weeks a year, and I have a delightful selection of clients sometimes, duckinis. You know, it’s so delightful. I get to come and spend time with…
01:45:39
For example, I get to hang out with this delightful person here, and the practices are just divine. And I get to come over and enjoy Hawaii and enjoy this as well. So I send my female clients who are interested in the non, you know, I mean, we can go only so far in terms of talking, but then if I feel like they need some actual practice and they’re not too shy or inhibited,
01:46:09
to have women feel comfortable to get back in touch with themselves and to explore places inside of them that maybe they haven’t touched before in a way that’s always very nurturing, very respectful. It’s not about him. It’s about us as women. And so he kind of, in a sense, keeps himself out of it.
01:46:30
and just allows for that awakening process and the nurturing and, in a sense, the healing. Because if you’re in touch with yourself and you’ve closed down certain areas, when they begin to open, there can be feelings of what made you suppress it to begin with. Those memories, those thoughts, those emotions can be right there. And so a trained Dhaka is somebody who can also help to move
01:46:55
those emotions out of the system, that blocked energy, and help you to free yourself, really. So it’s lovely. I do that work with men as well. And I love teaching men how to honor the goddess, how to be more full within themselves, how to circle and circulate their own energy, and how to be more masterful about their own ejaculatory control, their potency enhancement, their
01:47:25
awakening themselves as true, you know, men of divinity, so to speak. And I love that. It’s one of my favorite things to do. And one of my favorite things to do also is to work with couples. So I’ll take a couple that have been together a short time or a very, very long time and help them find their way back to each other, give them new practices to do, help them clear away old energy, you know, help them release some of the old…
01:47:53
of pains and resentments and stresses and frustrations and hurts, and then, you know, help them to create practices for themselves that are fun and opening and nurturing and healing as well. So, it’s great. I have a class coming up in May. It’s a four-week class, and it’s called Bedroom Arts for Women.
01:48:18
And it’s where I take women step by step through a process of learning how to connect with their own sensuality, find a sense of happiness, again, an okayness with ourselves as sexual beings, and then how to bring their sexuality forward in relationship to a man.
01:48:43
And so it’s not specifically tantric, but it incorporates a lot of different sensuality practices, and I love that. And there’s also a call to do the Secrets of Tantric Lovers for men and women, and to teach some of the more intimate practices. So we’re just looking at that now, but we might be doing that one in April, Sabha and I. So we’re just kind of seeing who might be interested in that, and you can take it as a single,
01:49:11
Or you can take it as a couple, and all of them are $100 for the four. So we try to keep it really affordable for people. Yes, I was going to say, does anybody else have any other announcements? David, please. We’re in the process of creating men’s groups here on Maui. So if you guys know any men that want to do deeper work,
01:49:36
emotional support, just as many people support each other, that’s happening, you can contact me. Beautiful. I do want to say I also have men that come to me to find out how to show up for the Divine Fundament. And so I have some of my work that I also do.
01:49:56
I love that work because it’s so rewarding. It doesn’t take that much on the part, really. Just a little tweak of how we approach the divine feminine allows for the divine feminine to unfold and then it becomes a really exceptional experience each and every time.
01:50:13
And so I love that work as well. And couples do. Yeah. Yeah. That’s great. So the work that we do can be very hands-on, you know, also. But it doesn’t have to be. We also do coaching and counseling. Kind of like life coaching and counseling, but specifically in areas of love and sexuality and relationship. I’m also a women’s coach, and I do kind of holistic women’s life coaching in that sense of really…
01:50:40
You know, helping them to gain clarity and move forward with their passions and their projects. I give kind of rebirthing and transformational breath work one-on-one or in groups. I love doing that with people.
01:50:56
And I’m a massage therapist as well by profession and give a knockout, fabulous massage from head to toe that you will just love. And so I do that either at your home or I bring you here. Also, I have brochures. And you’ll see there’s other work that I do. And that’s basically it. So that’s about it, I guess. Thank you.
01:51:29
Oh, okay.
