and contracting business what year was that that was way back wasn’t it yeah it started in 1996 96 so um I I met him just around there I heard about this guy named Willy the whale and then I said is that the it’s the same guy Willy Bennett and I ended up selling solar water heating just a few systems with you but just found to be a pleasure and over the years knew him um Willy welcome to the show thank you how would you describe you um a reformed aerospace engineer reformed how why reformed well I grew up in an

engineering family and uh was totally in my mind everything was thinking whenever my um something from my other side of my mind came up I stomping into the ground no intuition just just thoughts you know so you were straight engineering side yeah the just the facts ma’am like Dragnet remember you guys know Dragnet probably do and so um yeah I yeah I grew up in that family in Midland Michigan the home of D chemical and uh oh and we uh yeah in fact my great uncle was one of the founders of D chemical so so um

and my dad was an engineer and we had a I had a great childhood we uh had a family band Dixie Land band and wow there seven of us and so we had a lot of fun going up growing up uh then I went to college and uh went out got a job with uh Kodak and started working on Aerospace stuff uh the first one was uh the lunar orbiter program where we sent a camera around the Moon to take pictures before the astronauts landed there um and then I got into um secret stuff um after that and um it was a strange secrecy it was like

Beyond top secret and it’s called compartmented secrecy where you only learn as much as you need need to know for your job so I thought that was kind of interesting I didn’t like puzzle pieces where no one shows you what the big picture looks like just know your piece right right wow and um yeah we were um building satellites to take pictures of the earth back then which was supposedly nobody was supposed to know about it but um people didn’t know know about it they they weren’t hiding it it from anybody

but so I thought that was kind of interesting um there and I actually ended up moving to California and flying these satellites wow so I to be the command Checker to make sure we don’t break the thing and at one point uh I did a study on the power usage of the satellite because we were using batteries didn’t have solar on satellites at that time and uh I figured out how to cut the power usage in half wow so instead of flying only eight days and then dumping this expensive equipment in the ocean we went 16 days

and then dump the expensive equipment in the ocean were they retrieving they retrieved that equipment right when they put it in the ocean no they um they had uh capsules that came down twice that with the film in them but no when they were through with it they just uh ran the engines backwards and dumped it in the ocean wow wow what kind of year are we talking 70s 60s um let’s see that was started around 65 and into the 70s to 75 yeah wow now you guys who are on radio don’t know and you that are watching probably

don’t know Willy is not 30 he is more than 30 are you yeah so you’re you’re a few years older than me in fact uh recently we’ve been involved there’s a you’ve seen some of the guests here that I’ve talked about that came through the mankind project I met all kinds of interesting men and that’s where I saw Willy here recently and and now after that engineering way back when how did you get involved in solar and you just went all kinds of ways well I just really wanted to get solar going I

thought it would really help the world and um so I uh moved over to Maui in 1975 wow and looked around for what I could do with solar and ended up talking to Johnny Baldwin and also um well he and I and cly Jud um figured out how to do the solar hot water systems with a tank down below and the panel on the roof and they had started it and I refined it a bit and so we did that a while and uh and active solar system with a pump not passive see yeah and uh and that that’s well then um but then about 3 or 4 years

later uh I uh ran out of money and couldn’t earn as much money Asal I did in California and um my wife was sick so I left Maui called up on the phone and got a job with locki and uh worked on the um Hubble Space Telescope desig designing the uh thermal control system for that so that was fun some I could talk about it was nice to be back good cocktail conversation talk about thermal control well no but it wasn’t secret so I could yeah talk talk to anyone about it um then I ended up working

communicate with whales I thought well that’s interesting U so I wrote down a plan of how I was going to do it and go swim with dolphins first and then see if I could find a whale two weeks later a whale washed up on the beach near Santa Cruz Pajaro Dunes where I was living and the baby whale was alive but not in great shape so they put him in a tank at long Marine Institute in Santa Cruz and I said boy I’ve learned a little bit about healing in these healing connections I’d like to connect

go wow and U so Dr worthy said hey Bill would you please um leave because you’re interfering with what we’re doing so I went out to my car and just cried for a while CU this gu’s been watching him for two weeks and doing and sending energy to him and I realized oh this is real this is really working wow and that was a big deal for this engineer who my bet only used his logical mind so whatever happened to Koji did they let him go never did um well I I did some amazing work on them that I learned

from uh a teacher that um where I just commanded the Mercury that he had mercury poisoning out of the whale and the next day he really perked up I thought H this stuff works but then they moved him to uh Marine World Africa us USA where they had better facilities for him so then I got busy monitoring his mother who also um was affected by the um the mer she still out in the ocean or they she was still out in the ocean wow so I communicated with her and found out she had candida CU all along here I was working
